- ½ cup of FUTURELIFE® Smart white oats
- 1 ½ to 2 cups of full fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons of ghee
- Cashews as desired
- Heat some ghee in a pot, fry some cashews in it and set aside.
- FUTURELIFE® Smart white oats
- to a pan and sauté them on a low to medium flame until well they change their colour. (This step helps to remove the stickiness of the oats)
- Next pour milk and cook and keep stirring often until the kheer becomes thick.
- Add cardamom powder and sugar to the mixture.
- Mix and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add some ghee and turn off the stove.
- Transfer oats kheer to a serving bowl and garnish with a few roasted cashews
- Serve oats kheer hot and warm.
